  I asked for a box of pennies for my customer's kids birthday party. They needed it for a pinata. I was so glad I checked it before I gave it to them. It looked like they went through the box because every single penny was nasty. I would not even give it out to my customers and definitely not kids. I should of went to my bank lesson learned. Something off in that bank.

  This place is nuts. They don't have pens or deposit slips out anymore! What?! Wouldn't give me a pen to do my banking! Clown world. Closed account and moved to a slightly better bank. TD used to be the best around here especially for their hours. Ehhh.

  My only complaint is your hours! Some people work till 6:00-6:30pm or even later how do they cash their checks especially if it’s really needed to pay bills

  I do like TD bank using for many years but this is extremly long wait and ladies dont know what they are doing. Will try to avoid this branch as much as i can!!!

  The sit on their thumbs , literally worst customer service when u actually need help, I waited in line for 10 minutes finally asked two people who were doing absolutely nothing if they could help , “please wait for Kyle” 15 minutes for “convenient banking” is a joke.

  Waited two and a half hours to take a name off of an account and to get bonds cashed then realized that the bank was closed and they wouldn't do it terrible service great job Mark not

  Walked into branch cant help since they dont want to call there other depart. Says she doesnt work for td auto finance.... then call them online they hang up.

  The lobby is closed and only open by appointment. Is this called america's most convenient bank? Lol.

  Very busy TD bank. Always on slow side unless you go in on non busy hours.
