  We came here to close. The building is a beautiful renovated home. We didn't interact much with the staff, just our realtor but they seemed like they were on their game. Offered refreshments while we waited and were friendly.

  I would give them less but I can't. Unfortunately Foundation Title cannot do their job. They left out the deed for 3 of our lots that were part of our contract. Now that we are trying to have them signed over they keep giving us a run around with time. Going from 2 weeks to just one more day and now another 3 days until we own our rightful property. It is going on 1 1/2 months now and still no paperwork being printed. I do not recommend them.

  Our proceeds from settlement check bounced from the bank. Company refuses to reissue a new check, and instead are giving me the run around with no answers. Settlement Date was 8/2/19 Today's Date is 2/10/20.
