  Called before I decided to pay them a visit. The gentleman that answered the phone was so nice and informative. I didn't know what types of silver and gold coins I had and he spent time to explain everything about those types of coins to me. I appreciate the great offer I received, and it was a pleasure doing business. I even called back later that day to ask about my old jewelry that had been sitting in my dresser forever. We made another great deal. I will be calling again soon.

Rude and arrogant workers. Don't waste your time. They only want to scam their customers. There are 5 or more other Cash for gold businesses within 5 miles that will give you a better deal.
