  Our experience with Mr. Fred Bermudez was a very rewarding one. As a Loan Officer he was able to go through our loan rapidly, even coming across some challenges from our side as Borrowers. He was very knowledgeable and quick to call me, if he needed anything from our side. Mr. Fred Bermudez is a professional and compassionate person that understands what it means for couples pursuing their dream of becoming Homeowners.   I really liked Fred. As a first time homebuyer, I came into this knowing little to nothing about the home buying process, and Fred helped us every step of the way. He's very knowledgeable and transparent, as when he calculates how much you can afford he shows you the process, as well as how it all works. He even shows you your various loan options, some of which most people don't know they have. When we hit road bumps in the process (in my case, my ID was expired and the IRS wouldn't let me get online copies of my tax transcripts), Fred knew exactly what to do to see that we could still close on time! I would strongly recommend him for any first time homebuyers!

  Fred is absolutely amazing. This is our second time using him and he doesn’t disappoint. He is very responsive and provides a quick turnaround. He just got us an amazing refi at the lowest rate with cash out and our monthly mortgage payment went down nearly $100! Can’t thank Fred enough and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance!!

  If you need a loan agent for your home or someone to help refinancing your home loan, Fred is definitely your guy. He was able to lower the mortgage payment by 500.000!!! That is outstanding!!! And the best part of the process is that there is no middle man. You get results quickly. Great customer service from Fred and his team and if we do decide to buy a second home, we know who our agent will be again. Highly recommended!!!

  Fred has been nothing but helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of purchasing a home. I initially connected with him right before the shelter-in-place order and although there was some hesitation on my part due to the uncertainties in the world, I decided to go through with it and Fred definitely put my mind at ease by streamlining the process for me and helping to remove the stress out of the home buying process.

  Working with Fred was not only easy and fast, but delightful!   Once again Fred has showed his expertise. In what was an improbable success for me to get my house refinanced, Fred took control of this venture and quickly performed all of the necessary and generic work. He even went above and beyond by challenging his supervisor's and underwriters interpretation of some of the fine print which ultimately got my loan approved. Given the circumstances of my loan, Fred overcame the adversity in the finest hour. I can honestly say If you don't use Fred as your loan officer it is truly your loss as it seems to be very seldom that you find someone as knowledgeable and motivated as Fred.
