  I have used AFC360 three times, first was when I had and FHA approved loan. Then after three year refinanced with a conventional loan no cash out and got ride of my PMI, that saved me $200.00 per month. Next I refinanced again after two years because of lower interest rate, no cash out and they saved me another $200.00 per month. Now my house value went from $260,000.00 to $400,00.00 in 6 years, that is $140000 equity. Would I use AFC360 and Jason Farr again, you bet they have become like family and have my full confidence.   Jason picked up my first call at 8 PM on a Saturday night - that's the level of responsiveness and service you can expect. I was under the gun to find different lenders before signing a contract, and Jason was able to answer all my questions, establish a timeline, and create a plan of action. I started the call stressed out, worried about a million things that could go wrong, and when I got done talking with Jason, I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. He was able to beat the rate/credits offered through the in-house lender and he replies to texts/emails/calls really quickly. He's on top of getting all the documents needed and will make sure the process goes smoothly. Save yourself the time and stress and just go to Jason and AFC360. Buying a home is stressful - you will definitely want a lender like Jason on your side.

  I definitely recommend Jorge Sanchez. Jorge helped me refinance my home and he was knowledgeable and super helpful with the process of refinancing and made me feel at ease every time we spoke.   Our agent is and always will be Bryann Shim (as long as humanly possible) and my husband and I have been working with her for years, on our two home purchases and most recently on our home refi.
