  Gene Hall helped my best friend sell her home in Amador County. She had built this home herself and upgraded and refurbished as needed over many years of loving care. She was very nervous and totally uneducated about the process. Gene handled and coached her through ALL of her responsibilities with an enthusiastic professionalism.   Gene helped us purchase our first home in Sacramento. He's extremely knowledgeable about the process and answered every question we had along the way. He goes above and beyond for his clients and made us feel very comfortable. He never pressures you into making decisions. He acted as both our agent and our mortgage broker which sped up the process and made it extremely easy to provide all the necessary documentation when acquiring a loan.   I happened to connect with Gene when I requested a home tour on Zillow. He was the agent that was connected with me and I couldn't have expected for a smoother result. This was my first time buying (or even looking into buying) a home. He was able to walk me through the entire process and detail out what to expect. He was also my loan agent which made it extremely efficient in procuring the loan in order to submit an offer on the house. With Gene acting as both my realtor and loan agent, I was able to have one point person to take care of everything. Gene always made himself available by phone or text and followed up after every step in order to confirm things were meeting my expectations. Again, this was my first time buying a home and I could not have asked for a better person to help me through it.
