  Jeremy Williams was absolutely outstanding to deal with from my approval all the way to closing. He made everything extremely easy to deal with. I loved how friendly and punctual he was. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. Jeremy was very helpful and I never felt pushed into anything. He truly worked for me and, it was a relief knowing he had my best interest at all times. The paperwork was also extremely easy to deal with and it was even noticed by the notary how thorough he was. My first home buying experience was amazing! Jeremy turned my dream into a reality I never thought possible. If I ever have a chance to do it again, I won’t hesitate to contact Jeremy Williams again.

  As first time home buyers we were very nervous as we didn’t know the first thing about purchasing a home. We had gone to our credit union and a bank for help with our home loan and these institutions made it very clear that there wasn’t much they could do to assist us. We then had the pleasure of being introduced to and working with Jeremy Williams. It very quickly became apparent to us that Jeremy was very knowledgeable, passionate, honest and a hard worker. He was very welcoming and took the time to really listen to our needs. He took extra steps to make sure we understood everything we were signing along the way. Not only did he put our minds at ease but he made sure to make the process as effortless as possible for us. Our experience with Jeremy was extremely positive and we would whole heartedly recommend having him as your mortgage broker if you are in the market to buy a new home. We will definitely be working with Jeremy again when the time comes for us to purchase our second home.

  I can't say enough great things about Jeremy and his team. We went through 3 other loan agents and were presented with misleading information. Just as we were about to give up on trying to buy a home until Jeremy followed up (we spoke briefly last year but we weren't ready to buy yet). We told him what the other agents said and he was confident that he could get us approved. He had the loan application go through a pre-qualifying underwriting review so there were no surprises. He set us up with his trusted agent and we found our dream home. 21 day escrow! Highly recommend Jeremy and his team.

  Jeremy was with Brianna and I every step of the way. Any questions we ran into were quickly answered in great detail. When we ran into an issue with underwriting, Jeremy was quick to rebuttal , and gave us a step by step plan in order or us to ensure we got the home we wanted. We couldn’t have been any happier with the results and customer experience we got with Jeremy. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home.   Jeremy helped me and my husband refinance our home, the process was a lot easier than we had anticipated thanks to him. Before starting the process we came in with a bunch of questions. Not only did Jeremy answered them in complete detail, but he explained everything in a "finance language" we could understand. He was not pushy at all, he suggested we wait a month to get our credit score up and get a better rate on our loan. His suggestion helped a lot! This shows he keeps his clients best interest at heart. I had to go out of town unexpectedly and Jeremy was able to accommodate a notary to come to my home in time to close the deal. I threw many curve balls at him but he remained positive and reassured us everything would be fine. He was easy to contact, and when he was not available he returned my phone calls and messages within minutes. I strongly recommend him with any and all your finance inquiries.   Jeremy was amazing to work with. He is very professional and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. I always thought buying a home was supposed to be stressful but he made it so easy. When we are ready to buy our next home, we will definitely be contacting Jeremy again.
