  This is hands down the worst branch. The branch manager is just not a hot to deal with. The ATM outside always malfunctions and when I asked for a conditional credit until the machine was sorted she said she couldn't help at all. Called Golden 1 and they immediately helped me with what I needed, they also mentioned that she could have helped and that there was no reason why for her not doing the same as they did. Not to mention she spends most her time chit chattin instead of helping when it's busier.

  I went to the union to do a transaction for my acct, but it didn't work. After that, I was waiting for my Safe Credit Union card to come out, but it didn't as well. I went to the counter to see if I can get my card back immediately, and it turns out they can't do it until closing. Hate Golden 1!!!

  I love golden 1, but this branch constantly has 20+min waits. It's now Friday, the cash deposit for the ATM is down and there is 1 teller for the line of 15 people. Save your time and go to another branch

  Atm STOLE debit card. Bank MANAGER essentially said “sorry about your luck”. Now being told i will NEVER get the card back and i can “submit to have the card replacement fee reimbursed”. Julie Mcandrew manager. Shocking customer service. Boo

  Absolutely hate this place. The ATM always malfunctions and has consistent problems. This time, it ate my card and the tellers inside said they can't help me.

  One teller, things are moving extremely slowly in the bank. So frustrating. It was absolutely a mistake to bank with golden 1, considering their low standards. I'm routinely disappointed

  This is ridiculous!!! Dont get me wrong, their customer service is great.....but after waiting in line for 40 minutes with 15 ppl behind me. That is horrible. There was 2 tellers then one left for about 5 minutes to do who knows what. All in alll they need to hire more people!!!!!

  Strange entryway makes me feel like I'm in a fish bowl, but the staff are friendly and I always get on and out quickly.

  THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED PERMANENTLY!! Arena Branch is the closest. 11th &O Branch closed permanently also.

  Only 1 ATM available with so many metered parking by the road. You have to be quick right in front of the machine
