  I rarely write reviews but when you come across a family run small business that does so many things right for their community, investors, and business associates - you cannot pass up the opportunity to give rightfully earned praise. My wife and I have been working with Flynn Family lending for about 2 years now as an investor (someone who lends to borrowers or flippers). They make sure to make it a win/win situation for all stakeholders. And have a well oiled machine that takes care of all the legal paperwork and assure service providers are engaged to service the note. The passive cashflow that was generated helped my family and I accomplish our goal of buying a vacation home. Looking forward to a long and prosperous future together.

  TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: To say that I recommend Flynn Family Lending is understating the astonishing attention to detail the entire company (top to bottom) exhibits daily. We were neophytes when it came to borrowing hard money but Matt and crew made everything crystal clear with all detail explained in red letters so there was no misunderstandings. Since then we've been on the other side of the lending process--now having financed several loans amounting to more than 1m and counting. Their vetting process is second to none in the industry and their first priority is to ensure the comfort level of all parties. So no I don't recommend Flynn and crew, I CHAMPION EVERY MOVE THEY'VE MADE ON OUR BEHALF. It's an odd thing to mention here but this company has about it a humanity made visible by scrupulous integrity and consistency in the day to day.   I HIGHLY recommend Flynn Family Lending. We purchased a home through my uncle's estate after he passed. We, and the home, were not prepared for financing. Matt, Scott, and Ercle helped so much in making it possible for us to purchase the home! They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Being in the real estate business myself, I know how important communication is, and they never let me down. For these reasons, I'd rate them a 5. For the following, I wish we could rate 10 out of 5! Because Ercle has gone above and beyond. When it was time to finance OUT of my Flynn loan, they could have just let me know it was time and let it go. But we were still running into hurdle after hurdle. With it not being our primary residence, and new Covid overlays, especially with the fact that I'm self employed, we just couldn't manage to get the financing together. Ercle found us new lenders to work with, gave me stellar financial advice and explained all of the options to me, and helped me through the process of refinancing. Had it not been for Ercle, we may very well have had to sell the home in order to pay off the loan. But we didn't! He saved the day and we were able to keep the home in the family!!

  FFL is a unicorn, especially in this world of real estate where it's hard to actually find someone you can trust. They are an awesome team, from top to bottom (and I can confidently say that after meeting each and every one). I had a deal that no other lender could touch, especially during the middle of COVID when other lenders started pulling back and restrict their lending.  FFL came through and got it done for me, saving my earnest money and my reputation as an investor.
