John Houston5Quick and easy bank visit. There was no wait, and the teller was able to quickly and professionally help me. Seeing the low rating of this branch, I think that can be attributed mostly to the rude customers. A customer behind me interrupted the transaction next to me saying that she was asking too many questions, and that she was holding up the line! The other teller handled that situation professionally......I can't believe that some people don't have five minutes worth of patience.

Ann Paris1I am furious with Bank of American. I have over $4000 that has been in a CD for years. I went to the B of A in Factoria Washington and they refused to give me my money. They told me my account was dormant. I explained that I needed my month because I was going out of state due to the terminal illness of a relative. The two young men just stared blankly and later rolled their eyes. I am an older woman. apparently that gives them the right to be condescending, unconcerned, and uncaring. They NEVER give me my money. I signed some paperwork and was told they would call me the next day. THEY NEVER CALLED. I have called their branch six times during different business hours and they NEVER answered. I feel belittled, taken advantage of, and they still have my money which I need for my trip. Do NOT do business with Bank of America. Their staff treats older women like s**t. These young men do NOT care about the customer. I am furious.

Amogh Rathore1I had an appointment for my Cashier's Check to be cancelled two weeks ago. I don't have my money back yet. I called the customer support yesterday and they said that no Stop Payment request has even been submitted by this Financial Center yet and that it shouldn't have taken this long. Now they want me to go to the financial center again as the Customer Support can't call the Financial Center internally. This is ridiculous. Why do I need to keep going to the Financial Center again and again??

Jim JJ1I have been customer to this location for over 6 years. As a business owner, I usually use their counter service because they worked fast and effective plus they were so polite. After the team at the counter has been replaced recently, the service has gone down to hill. The manager who was a lady, i cant remember here name. She refused me to let me withdraw after i gave her my debit card, id card and second debit card, i was also asked the pin the they texted to my phone. Unfortunately, i forgot my phone and i said it is ok i can try another branches. She gave all those cards back without any willingness to help or even try to work with me to accommodate me. I suddenly went to another branches which was in Bellevue downtown, they didn’t need to ask to see my text and only wanted to see my id. Good bye Factoria location and to The manager on that day, if you dont know how to work, please quit the job!!

M Atif1I had to send some money urgently and i went to the bank today. Have to deal with the guy hard to work with. I was there @ 4:47 and was up on the counter in probably two minutes or so. The guy said we are about to close and cannot do the transfer today. You have to book an appointment for that to come tomorrow. I already hardly manage my time to be at the bank by rushing out of my work and going through bad traffic. Had a previous bad experience here too, where he couldn’t let me withdraw money from my account just because my driving license was expired. Very bad service. Very disappointed!

Nora Bravo1We spend 30 minutes waiting on the big lane of customers just to drop a deposit. They are so many employees can help the two only cashiers. But instead they look are having fun. Cashiers had the opportunity to be faster and efficient but they are having a long conversations with the customer they are helping. They need to use seance of urgency. Unfortunately I have to come once in a while to this location and is always the same problem. Manager of this location had to do the job and make the team make a great experience to everyone ho comes to this bank and make us feel welcomes. Hopping this helps to get better to all team and start make changes. Thanks.

Factoria¹s thinks they are super important... with 20 minutes left told me I had to make an appointment... so I asked will someone be there tomorrow and I was told I still have to make an appointment. Terrible customer service.
