      This is not your typical bank, because bankers are usually polite while still aloof, but not these guys. Everyone here is really attentive to your presence (I've never been ignored nor have I waited longer than a few seconds before being acknowledged), and Dakota in particular is just a rockstar human being who's become a friendly face whenever I need to make a visit! I can tell he enjoys his job and also loves interacting with customers, as well as his coworkers. I never knew that making a bank deposit could result in me feeling happier for the rest of the day. Awesome branch here in Newcastle! :)

      Been in line for over 30 minutes trying to do a deposit. Atm isn't accepting deposit nor is the 3 tellers that are here. I am highly annoyed that I'm unable to get service. Really thinking about switching banks. Asked why they aren't helping and they said they can't touch money, but they have change to another customer. August 13 at 12:23.

      Worst bank ever!!Bad customer service Brandon. NEW Manager Jonathan very rude and unprofessional.We have a bussiness account over 10yr.+We never had problems until now..Please don't open account with this bank they are so incompetent and they discriminate to minorities.Awful branch!!!!!!!!
