  BECU pretends to be a credit union, but they're just another dishonest bank. They use Cenlar, or loanadministration.com to service their hime loans, which is one the worst loan companies ever and have mounds of one star reviews on bbb.com. BECU's home loans are a joke, hugely customer unfriendly, and dishonest. I thought I was doing a good thing by using a credit union, but I was scammed. BECU is horrible, and the same or worse than the worst commercial banks.

  Predatory auto loans. This is supposed to be a local credit union that is supposed to do better by their customers/community but instead they use predatory contracts for auto loans. Poor customer experience trying to resolve issues. Be careful banking with them. They do not have your best interest in mind.

  Phoebe V. Was so wonderful and helpful for my auto loan! Even with a few complications she helped navigate the paperwork very well. Becu gets 5 stars again!

  I'm shocked at some of the reviews. BECU freakin ROCKS!! I've had other lesser banks and I've had nothing but bad experiences.. just awful. Never had a single problem with BECU. I moved all my banking to them. Love them. Keep up the great work.

  I wanted to love this bank. They treat you like a kid holding your money. You can’t spend as much as you want of your own money unless you ask permission do to the daily cap. The first 90 days of being a member your paycheck you deposit you have to beg to get it released I will deposit 2k check that has been reliable every time I deposited it there and they only allow you to have access to like 500$ of it and hold it for 5 business days. You’re screwed if you have bills and it’s a Friday when you get paid. Like I said I really wanted to love this bank but they make it hard when they put you in a bind with your own money. The policies are too restrictive.

  Got supremely good service here again today. Celeste searched way back deep into the database for a transaction from years ago, proof of which I needed. I didn't know which account, or even the date of it, but she found it and was able to print off a copy of the actual check. So, she's definitely on my Nice List, this close to Christmas! What polished, professional service!

  Wish I can rate “0”. Never use this bank!! They can make your name wrong on your money. Went to the branch to add the name on my mom’s account, takes 4 months to show on the estatement, on the 5th month, finally show, with my WRONG LAST NAME on. Amazing, not sure how can they make it wrong. And I need those money from my account to apply a home loan, call the branch, they’re not even willing to talk to me on the phone to apology their error. Transferring out my money to Chase or whatever, just don’t use them. If you use them for important staffs such as loan?? Good luck, your loan will be ending up showing others name on cause THEY DON’T CARE!

  Friendly and nice. Although they may take a little bit of time to get your turn for help, they have probably the nicest service compared to Bank of America. Hate Bank of America, fat woman doesn't know how to appreciate her customers.

  I got here right when this branch opened and I've been waiting for 45 min to see someone now ....like what the heck do ppl do at the bank anymore , NEWS FLASH.... YOU CAN DO ALMOST ANYTHING ONLINE !!! the ONLY ppl that should be here are idiots like me that lost their card
