      I need to go in safe deposit box to get government documents. I email to their BofA Safe Deposit Box Access . . Only electronic said answer 24 hour . But 4days no any one reply at all Up date , They call me but I don’t recognize the no. They send email to me this afternoon. I can set up time to go in .Thanks

      I found my experience there quite productive and the staff quite helpful. I needed to activate my card but was not able to do so online or over the phone and was directed to go to a local branch. I was helped out by the manager, though I hadn't made an appointment, and she made a call to get an apparent block removed from my card. I did have to wait a bit but that's to be expected pretty much anywhere these days between Covid and staff shortages.

      Banker showed up late and didn't acknowledge that i was waiting over 15min for him. Didn't even approach me to ensure if i was waiting for him or someone else. Someone else had to get involved to notify him of an apt made ahead of time. Bank American is out dated by their process of handling client simply needed to change a password or ordering cards. Everyone in the bank should be able to do that takes less then 10min

      Came here once. Only 1 teller window open and he was taking all his sweet time. A very long line was formed and the employees didn’t seem to care. Not coming back to this location again.

      2nd attempt to deposit foreign currency. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to make a single deposit. The teller needed her supervisor, who was the only banker in the branch and she was busy with other customers. After being told to wait in the lobby, I eventually left the money with the teller to deposit when she had the time. The dollar amount wasn’t that much, but it was quite a frustrating experience. Have been a Bank of America customer for 20+ years and this experience was slower than the DMV.

      The last 3 times I've gone to this branch they've had issues. ATM's are down, the whole building was shut down and today when I walked in I was literally told there are "no tellers working". How does a bank have an employee working just to tell it's customers there are no employees working? There is no point keeping this branch open. It just frustrates Bank of America customers. Do us all a favor and shut this branch down so we stop coming to it thinking we will get service.

      I always come to this branch and have had great experiences until today when I came to ask a simple question. The teller could not answer my question (she was nice) so she said let me ask my boss Barbara. Barbara told the teller "I don't have the answer to that question" Barbara got to the window and repeated I don't have the answer to that question we could schedule you tomorrow to talk to i don't know who (she seemed annoyed) I said I couldn't because I worked and she then asked the type of account I had I said I don't know a savings and checking account she then said no the TYPE of account I said I don't know she seemed to get defensive and started cutting me off when I tried to finish my sentence I felt like she was talking to me like I was stupid for not knowing my type of account. I told her I was placing a complaint and called her out that I felt she was being rude and was cutting me off she then said that was not her intention she then calmed down had me swipe my card and looked into my account and WAS able to answer my simple question. I thanked her and left. If I am expected to have great customer service at my job even if I might be having a bad day what's the exception for her to do the same. She needs customer service training (type of tone, attitude and word choice). I don't know if or when ill be back to this branch. Left disappointed.

      If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I also notice this bank is only rated 3 stars which does not surprise me. The branch managers do not take customer complaints well. They do not have decent customer servious. In fact I have complained and the branch managers have walked away as I am talking to them. Very disrespectful it ruined my day. I hope my warning will help someone because no one deserves that. Im disappointed that bank of America has no policy to check on branch locations and make sure they are treating the public with decency. I will be complaing about this specific branch to as many places I can. I will also post and record the awful treatment that I have received on social media.

      This is the best bank of America out there. So far the manager and all associates were extremely helpful and insightful. Whenever I have had an issue I go there because I know I will be taken care of. The parking lot is the only issue I see having with this place it is too small and crowded.
