  Gemma was fantastic. She had my best interest in mind at all times. She always answered phone calls even on evenings and weekends and was always working hard to problem solve to ensure my deal closed. I will 100% work with her and her company in the future!

  Gemma was beyond belief in helping us to finally find the location of our retirement vision.   Working with Gemma was an absolute pleasure. Thanks to her, we did not have to worry about a single thing during the process of home ownership because she handled it all on our behalf. In the end when things became difficult with our builder we were relieved knowing that Gemma was in our corner working for us. She has even made herself available after closing.   If you are in the market for a new house, sell your house, or maybe refinance. Florida Home Sales and Management, LLC is the way to go! Gemma helped us with everything. We hardly had to lift a finger, unless it was it hit click send on a email! Our process of refinancing was one of the easiest, most helpful things we’ve done all because of the help of Gemma Peterson. Thank you for the wonderful and quick experience! I had no idea about refinancing or what anything meant. Gemma explained everything in writing and multiple breakdown charts of rates we could choose (and we were able to clearly read and understand everything). She helped us save money the future for our family. We also were able to use the Equity in our property and build the backyard paradise of our dreams.
