  I totally get the covid 19 situation first service credit union needs to observe other banks system an practices on conducting thier customer service account transactions. HORRIBLE wait times an long lines SHELL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION doesn't have these issues.

  I've been banking with this bank since they were onsite at KBR on clinton drive. They've really grown over the years. The new Katy location is awesome, they're always nice and never extended waiting. The branch manager Sonia Renteria is really down to earth and helpful. I didn't even know what her title was until months later.

  Have to admit, gave second chance , there are some helpful nice people , there are some rude ones . I love customer service that has a sense of humor, loves to go distance to help people , etc.there are some people with that and I’m thankful and grateful they are there . Then there are rude ones that don’t seemingly have those qualities because it seems they hate their job.bad day or not , how about respect for customers. I have a really nice lady explain what something meant and i highly appreciate it .she is a godsend ..

  Teller line was extremely slow. 3pm on a Monday 2 people in the lobby and 2 tellers. Worst experience I have had here ever. The Northwest branch is far better. Really disappointed.

  went to open a business account but total incompetence. after going back again talked to rep. and she did not have the paperwork. there is no service, you walk in to one teller and a sheriff sitting beside each other, you sign your name and wait. when they feel like coming out you get to business. I was so upset with their lack of service I told her to close the account. beware,, to cash your cd I had it cost me $215 and $15 just to close the account. when I first opened the account I was told if the cd was cashed I would just loose the interest. I would go by this credit union quickly and bank elsewhere.

  I was referred to First Service for a car loan by a manager at Westside Chevy. Lina helped me get approved quickly. She was insightful and I couldn't be more pleased with my new loan and my NEW CAR! Thanks First Service!

  I decided to try this bank out over issues from other banks and I must say the teller Michelle was awesome!! Very respectful and polite with a great smile! Will definitely be back

  Amazing service by Bryant B.! We went around all day after finding my perfect car, trying to find a rate I could afford. After it almost looked like I couldn't get my car, he helped me and got me the perfect rate. Answered all my questions, worked hard to get what I needed, incredible job. I will only go to Bryant from now on :)

  They are very rude when trying to dispute items and will deny you when you have evidence. A company stole money out my account. I explained I payed off the loan and the company were scammers. They denied my claim because I did business with them in the past. I’m In jeopardy of losing my home. I’m ditching them at the end of the year

  Got instant approval for auto loan on the spot. Avoid shell credit union. They approved me and when i went to buy the truck without telling me they lower my aprroved 10,000 less and i was piss and went here. This place was straight forward no b.s.
