From application to funding, we did not run into any issues, always knew the status of our loan, and never had to wait long for answers or guidance.   we loved our experience with Jeff, he explained everything, step by step, and whatever concerns we had he answered, he's very knowledgeable and definitely knows his job! on the day that we were going to close, loan depot had technical issues, and we didn't know till we where there. but other than that, we are really happy.
