  Paul went above and beyond for us. We recently moved to Houston and wanted to purchase a house. We did not have a credit score which made getting a mortgage seem impossible. However Paul secured a mortgage for us and was always available to answer all our questions. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I cannot recommend him enough.

  Paul was so great to work with! Buying your first house can be so stressful but he took the time time to explain every document and step in the home buying process in detail so we could get a handle on all the paperwork and “to do” lists. He always got back with us quickly about any questions or concerns we had in the process and helped the whole thing run so smoothly.

  We got a house right before the interest rate went up and our mortgage guy couldn’t give us the rate as low as we wanted. So our agent recommended Paul and his team. I was little bit hesitant first but Paul and his service did exceed all my expectations. The whole processed went smooth and best part was he was able to help us get the lowest rate possibly without us paying too much premium. He didn’t mind working while on vacation to make sure we could close on time. Communication was super easy and he always replied to our questions/concerns fast. We def will work with him again on our next purchase.

His expertise was clear as every time we spoke he was thinking a few steps ahead to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
