  We were on the search for a someone to help us make the big move from California to Texas. Not only that but we were also first time home buyers. We met with several other mortgage brokers prior to meeting Rick and once we met with him we knew and had that gut feeling that he would be the one. He was so friendly and listened to every one of our wants and needs. He was able to lay out all the complicated details in a way that us first timers would understand which was huge for us. And while I was still living in California and hubby in Texas, Rick made it very easy and convenient to get things done such as signing documents online. Rick never lost communication and was with us every step of the way, answering our questions through texts, emails and phone calls. We could not have asked for a more pleasant journey to buying our very first home. Thank you Rick!

  Rick is the BEST. I cannot stress enough how amazing this lender is. He has saved more deals from bad lender's than I care to admit. One family was rejected day of closing ( can you imagine) and set to be homeless. Rick pulled off nothing short of a miracle and took their file, fixed what needed to be fixed and got the clients closed in a matter of weeks. The clients had a credit score in the low 500s and never should have been approved. He worked his magic, lead them to where they needed to be to get ther score up, did a rapid reactors and boom! Closed. He's patient, kind, fun and fantastic at his job. You don't find many lender's like Rick
