  I’ve been a member since 1978 I’ve always been treated with respect and courtesy along with so many fine services. From my boat, vehicles, home loan and just access to easy cash loans the past 40 plus years has me feeling no stress in financial arena. Key to this accomplishment are the people at MCCU both those who are frontline and I’m sure behind the scenes as well. I can’t think of another financial institution that has afforded me and my family with great personal attention! Thank you to all y’all- to more great times ahead! Enjoy the ride! Tim Travis

  I love my bank (this location in particular) because of the staff! I have never ever had an experience where I wasnt greeted with a friendly face or where someone didnt offer to go above and beyond what I was coming in for! I never ever have to wait to do anything and lets just chat for a moment about those cookies! Always a warm batch when I come in! Although this location is not anywhere near me since I moved, I still make it a point to visit in person. I literally go out of my way to go to the bank!

  I was looking to finance a vehicle, but no idea how pre-approval financing worked or if I could even use it. I went to the Grand Parkway Branch and spoke with Elsa Garza. Elsa helped my wife finance her vehicle in 2016 and I remember how easy she made the process for her. She took the time to explain all about the preapproval process and made feel so comfortable with the process that I decided to go ahead and move forward with it. WOW!! I was not expecting the process to move as quickly and easily as it did. There were a couple of extra things that were required to get the loan closed, but Elsa always made me feel like I was being taken care of. We closed the loan today and I was able to pick up my vehicle this afternoon. I have purchased many vehicle in my life, and none of them went as smoothly and quickly as this one. The last car I purchased kept my wife and in the dealership for almost 8 hours after we decided to buy. I spent less than 3 hours total over 3 days with the Credit Union and the dealer combined. I will never purchase another vehicle with any other institution and never without preapproval. Thank you Elsa for making this purchase one of the easiest and most comfortable I’ve ever had.

  By far the best customer service we recieved is from Abraham at the Grand Park Way location in Katy! Abraham was amazing and attend to our needs. He is very knowledgeable, professional and were easily take of care in timely manner. A plus for us that he is very personable. Great job in having this young man on your staff!!

  Have been a member of Members Choice Credit Union for about 20 years. Have always been happy with their service. This new branch at Grand Parkway is not as convenient as the one they moved from but, still a great credit union.

  Members choice was my second choice, but after talking to Kristy at the grand parkway location it is now my first choice. I was informed about the benefits about being a member. Kristy was attentive in listening, informed me about loans, credit card, and services members choice offers. Amazing customer service!

  I work 7 am - 7 pm with 1 hour break at lunch. Not only did the staff of Members Choice help me be prepared before I got there, they also were willing to help me right away so that I could get back to my patients. EVERYONE there was very helpful and friendly. By the way, I got to eat a chocolate chip cookie while I was there too. Great service, easy process, friendly helpful staff, and a cookie. Highly recommended.

  The new Grand Parkway building is fantastic. I like how the teller area is intergrated now with drive thru access in one area. It is a clean look. AAnd as always, the staff does a great job in assisting all of the members in an orderly fashion, from imanagement to the member services team. I didn't give a five star rate because nobody is perfect!!

  My favorite MCCU Loan Officer is ELSA!!! She works diligently every single time we've needed something done. Elsa is trustworthy & comfortable to work with. We appreciate MCCU hiring good people like her. Highly recommended!
