  Talk about an amazing team! From day one Kirk, Ken, and Steve were helpful and just plain amazing. I was a new buyer, knew very little about the buying process/lingo or anything for that matter and First Commerce Financial helped me through EVERYTHING. Easy to submit info to, ALWAYS available by phone/text/email, and their video updates are great. I was thankful they were at my closing as well to help answer my questions I had. Highly recommend.

  You will find a lot of mortgage teams in Florida, my review today is to let those searching know you won’t find a better, more responsive, professional team who will please the first time buyer all the way to the seasoned investor. This team gives their clients the white glove service and goes over a total cost analysis, creating a financial strategy that fits your specific needs. If you need to refinance or buy a home you’d be hard pressed to find a better team to guide your through the process.

  I've trusted Ken and first commerce finacial for the last 14 years now in completing several new loans and refis, they're the only way to go. Very clear communication, every question answered, great products and options and always very professional. I've referred several people to them as well and everyone was very happy with the outcome.
