  Chris was fantastic to work with. It was our first time buying a home, so naturally we had thousands of questions. Chris helped with all of them an even answered most of them before we could ask them. We even had a short window to close and because Chris stayed on top of things, everything went very smoothly.   Buying a home is a a very stressful time and with all my student loan debt, the dream of owning a home seemed to be just that. Chris was amazing with assisting through all the student loan barriers and we were able to buy a home!!! He effectively communicated all documents that were needed and kept me informed on the progress of the loan, right up till the closing. He also was very patient with explaining different issues that arose and he worked with me on how to resolve them. I even was able to close under 30 days!! If I ever had a question, I would ask, and his responses were timely and professional! I tried other lenders and they were not able to beat the APR!!

  Seamless, fast, easy, stress-free... I can't come up with more positive adjectives to describe how well our interaction with Chris went. He and his staff were extremely professional, expeditious, meticulous, and knowledgeable. The time they took providing information and educating us at every step of the process made us feel even more confident we chose the right person and place to service our mortgage. If you don't reach out to them, you are doing yourself a disservice.
