  Geoff Allison and his team helped us throughout the process of purchasing our first home. He was informative, honest, extremely easy to work with and super responsive. He even came to the closing appointment and was there to answer any questions and make sure it all went smoothly.   Great place to work with, everyone was very nice. I worked with David Freed on two properties in Lakewood Ranch recently and I couldn’t of found a better person to help me through out the mortgage process. He was nice, honest, helpful, friendly and very responsive on a day to day basis. If you're looking to get a mortgage call blue skye lending and ask for David.

  Leslie Swart and the team were incredible! We were referred by a local bank who did not do construction loans. We were initially told that the process would take 60 days, however, with the commitment and hard work of Blue Skye, we closed in 40 days. I would highly recommend Blue Skye to friends and family.

  I had a hellish experience with a home loan company that caused me to lose the purchase on a home. Then I was referred to Sue Mazik with Blue Skye. I am so very thankful I found her!!! She helped me to get the loan and I finally bought my dream house. She was there to help me every step of the way. Unlike the horror story I had experienced before, Sue answered all of my calls or emails, never left me hanging and was there whenever I needed her (and I was a very needy client)!! I think extremely highly of Sue and the whole company as everyone there was so sweet and I never had a problem getting in touch with someone. I will most definitely use only Blue Skye in the future.
