  My husband and I were hesitant on getting a mortgage after not having a house payment in over 20 years. Kyle Jacobs took the time to explain the pros and cons, and was more than helpful in letting us come to the conclusion to move forward with the mortgage. Once the process began, things moved smoothly right along to the closing. The communication with Doreen and Laura was top notch! It's hard to find such professionalism and caring people, and we truly appreciate what Fairway Funding Group did for us. Highly recommended!!

  This is my 3rd mortgage with Fairway Funding Group. Each time it is an amazing experience. Each phone call, text and email is answered immediately. The ease of doing business with them is supurb. To give you an example, we just found a house and closed within 18 days with a mortgage! That only happens at Fairway Funding! Mark Pascarella and his team are a truly exceptional example of raising the standards in every aspect of the home mortgage business.   I was working with another lender when my agent told me to give Fairway Funding a call. I spoke with Brandon and he was able to get me a lower rate than the other company. From start to finish it went very smooth and had no issues at all. The best part is they were able to move my closing date up a few weeks. From start to finish it took 31 days.

  I cant say enough good things about how Tom Zaharakis and his team did. He really did make the process as stress free as he could. We were selling and buying all in the same day and on top of that we did it all in less than 30 days. The attention to detail that they have is second to none. Tom was also available to answer the phone when ever I had a question and if he did not have the answer right then he found it and got back to me right away. I will recommend Tom and Fairway funding to anyone the is looking to buy. Best group for professionals that really know what they are doing.
