  Good customer service is very important to me. My husband and I firmly believe that if the service is bad, then there is no need to continue with a business. This is why this review is so important to me. If more companies had someone like Eryn Hagood representing them and providing service to their clients....there would be more happy clients out in this world. Eryn has been AMAZING when it comes to getting our policies started and working with us to find what’s best for us and what works for us. Even when we have a million questions, she never seems bothered. She answers them and gives all the options available for our needs. Eryn recently blew my mind because she emailed me on something we discussed about 6 months ago. It didn’t work at the time and she assured me we would try again at another time. I was shocked that she not only remembered to follow up, but it was when she said she would and once again in true Eryn style.....she had information and options. I’m grateful that she is our agent.

  Warren Middleton has some of the most helpful support staff we've had the opportunity of working with at State Farm. Loli in particular took excellent care of us with a recent minor issue. State Farm is not the cheapest, but we've experienced great service this fat

  Absolutely loved working with Loli Tirado, she is helpful, understanding, patient and whole hearted. She helped me with a quotation and I will be definitely be switching over to State Farm for years I have been throwing away money with other insurance company’s but thanks to her knowledge and dedication to her customers I will be saving money in no time.   I get such great service from Eryn and everyone from this agency. I just had a rock hit my windshield and I already have an appointment for a new one and all has been handled so fast and when I need it. I've been dealing with them for over a year now and it's been much better service then any other insurance agency so far.

  This review is long overdue... we've been with Warren Middle State Farm for years. We have enlisted most of the services they provide! AJ has been with us for so long, he's more like a member of our family! And over the past few years, Larry has also become our family. While we've had a wonderful experience with Warren and his ENTIRE staff, one of the biggest reasons why I recommend Warren Middleton State Farm so strongly is that they are always looking out for our family and our business. From time to time, they reach out to US with a new service, or an idea, that they believe will benefit us. And while not every service is appropriate for us, we always appreciate their forward-thinking and them taking the time to discuss it with us. There are many benefits to having "all of your eggs in one basket". It allows trust to be established, and for it to grow, to really develop into long-term relationships... For us, State Farm is a great fit. I highly recommend them, and specifically AJ and Larry!

  Libby is amazing!! We are in the middle of a home equity loan and have had to make ALOT of changes to our policies to keep in line with the terms of the loan! Every single time I have called Libby to ask her to make a change she does it without hesitation! I couldn’t ask for a better agent or insurance company!!
