  My husband and I are very very thankful to have First Central for all of our banking needs. During some of my husband and I tough times this bank has never turned their backs on us! ASHLEY as well as TIM (CHAPEL HILL BRANCH)are amazing people very professional very attentive to our needs in a very timely manner no matter if it was via cell,email, or text TIM AS WELL AS ASHLEY COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE FANTASTIC AND THEY BOTH ARE VERY POSITIVE SPOKEN PEOPLE WHICH WILL MAKE ANYONE WANT TO TALK WITH THEM , The level of care that ASHLEY took with us was beyond amazing, I want to thank First Central again for such professional employees!THANK YOU!

  I have been a member at First Central Credit Union for many years. The staff is amazing. Everyone is polite and eager to assist you. Suzette Bodner has taken care of my financial needs on numerous occasions. She is always prompt answering and returning emails, and she makes certain everything is taken care of. She is the best at what she does.

  Timothy E. was amazing! He went above and beyond. Total rockstar! He was super helpful, knowledgeable and worked with my busy schedule. He was punctual, discreet and I was able to open up my new account all from my phone.

  Love my credit union! Chapel Road is the only place I'll go, got to love my girls Ashley & Yesenia! Cant forget Tim, if you go here they'll be sure to take care of everytime!

  Rude drive thru teller man. No "Good morning." as I drove up. 9:30 am absolutely no one else there. His tone of voice indicated he was angry I had forgotten to check the checking deposit box for my deposit. This is the first time I have used this bank. In a world driven by customer connecting in today's society, this was a poor example. With a little effort this could have been a more pleasant experience.

  Everybody here always have attitude,the need to learn customer service skills. The African American lady was so rude. I just wanted to withdrawal money from my savings.
