  John Boyd and his team helped us to relocate from Colorado back home to Texas. They were fantastic the whole way through. They communicated effectively and regularly. They worked ahead on things they thought might need to be addressed further along in the process. And they helped us work through anything we needed help with.   We just the refinancing process through Sente Mortgage. The process took little effort on our part, and Dickey Brown (loan officer) did all the work. He will communicate and be transparent with what’s going on, and will work hard to save you money. I would highly recommend Dickey Brown.
