  This location has to be one of the worst in Texas. No drive thru service,you may have two tellers at the counter on a good day. A greeter who sits by the door for deposit only. There is no urgency to help the customer to get in and out of the bank. Sad, just sad.

  I never leave reviews but i had to in this case. Every time I come there is always a wait to see a teller regardless the time of day. The drive thru is permanently closed and seems like there is never more than 3 people working plus there is only one teller available with multiple customers waiting. The employees try and do the best they can but this bank is consistently a joke and needs new management. I'm glad I'm moving soon so I never have to come back to this specific BOA.

  My husband and I coordinated our busy schedules and created an appointment for 1:30 to receive notary services. We waited until 1:52 before we left after never having been acknowledged in any way, and watching one employee sit mindlessly at her desk for the entire time, never bothering to look up at all to see that we and another gentleman had been waiting for over twenty minutes. Absolutely pathetic display of customer service and complete waste of my time making the appointment originally and again waiting in their waiting room.

  Easy and efficient service with Alisha Worley. I had an appointment at 1 PM and I finished up everything in 15 minutes. Helpful and kind service is always well received. Many thanks!

  Terribly slow, I don’t understand how you’re one of the nations largest banks and you only have one person working in the lobby, and no drive thru. It’s ok I definitely plan on closing my accounts immediately!!

  The people here are very friendly, the problem I have is with the drive thru they said its permanently closed I have toddlers with me at all times and it's such a pain to go inside the bank with them because the wait inside is always at least 20 minutes because there atm works only half the time, the drive thru is closed and inside there are only 2 tellers it's awful they need to hire more tellers, open up that drive thru and replace a new atm. This location is closest to my home that's why I choose this bank it just needs help!

  One of the Managers Alicia was extremely helpful and made my transaction painless. Be aware this branch is busy and you most likely need an appointment to be seen, but everyone is very helpful.

  CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT ALICIA FIELDS - my father recently passed away and I was embroiled in untangling his affairs and accounts. It also including closing his numerous Bank of America accounts. Over the course of several weeks, she literally held my hand; helped me fill out documents; made phone calls and expedited all the transactions. She was incredible. The accounts were sizeable and yet, not once did she make a pitch to just keep all the funds with Bank of America. I appreciated that immensely as well. She did all this with a smile and utmost professionalism. Thanks, Alicia and Bank of America!

  Only one functioning ATM today. Very long line. Please add ATMs or reopen drive thru, at least for the duration of the pandemic.

  October 2019 I went in to conduct business at this branch a lady was helping me Mrs Aw very polite helpful understanding assisting me Then a lady with long brown hair comes in the office and says Ok Sir she is going to have to Stop helping you and help Ms Miller so stop helping him now I was shocked my account was called up on the computer I was sent from the Teller to talk to Aw We were printing things off the computer and my account and then Long hair lady cheap color said No stop assisting him and wait on Ms Miller he was not on the list to be seen I tried to explain to Long Hair Lady that I was at the teller they sent me over to talk to Aw and at that time there was No one on the list to be seen First Off is this what you teach as proper customer service No introduction hello I'm sorry but Or excuse me I am Ms. Long hair Pardon me Just come in and say Stop waiting on him and turn to me and say you are going to have to stop and wait honestly are you kidding me I own 3 businesses and my employees know not to talk to customers like that So in closing just to let you know this is how your Boa of Hewitt Texas is being projected to the public at this branch and honestly I will take my accounts elsewhere Aw thank you amazing customer service helpful knowledgeable thank you so much again for your assistance Long hair sorry you never even introduced yourself or I would not have to call you Long Hair cheap color but thanks for nothing and note as I was standing in line speaking with a local Doctor Commenting on only 1 teller for the whole lobby during lunch hour rush time and the long line of people waiting and lack of service We Conversed on how this particular Band of America in Hewitt bank office has been steadily declining and then This just drove that point home.
