  Ryan and his team are professional and knowledgeable. From beginning to end they kept us up to date on the status of our loan and got us closed in just a couple weeks! As a first time homebuyers I felt completely looked out for and have zero complaints. Great work guys!

  Next level service and communication!! At every turn of the transaction which I thought was going to be pretty tricky Ryan and his team were able to set the right expectations and let me know exactly what I needed to do and made it SUPER SIMPLE. We were able to refinance in a couple weeks when other lenders were backed up 45-60 days and we were able to send all documents etc via text or email making it super convenient during busy summer days. And then, to top it off, we were able to sign our closing docs at our house at 6 pm on a Friday. Talk about a no-hassle experience.... Thank you SO much to Ryan and the team at Fieldstone 1st Mortgage, you can bet I have found my mortgage lender for life!!!

  If I could give 10 stars I would. I worked with Scott during this unprecedented time. I would not only recommend anyone who ever needs a mortgage to Scott but I would consider say I have made a friend during this process. There was never a moment where I couldn't call, text, or email Scott and get a response. I have been extremely busy working from home and the flexibility to call when I had time and always get an answer saved me loads of stress. All in all, I could write a book on here with my experience as a first time home buyer. I am forever great-full to work with such an experienced broker.

  Fieldstone has been absolutely amazing! I specifically communicated and worked with Amber. Especially during such a difficult time for everyone with covid, I couldn't have asked for a better company or person to help me with getting my mortgage. This was my first time going through the process and Amber was unbelievably helpful and paitent with me and all my questions. She was also so quick and timely. I cannot thank her enough for everything. I HIGHLY recommend Amber and Fieldstone.

  Very happy with everything Fieldstone Financial Funding did in assisting me with my refinance loan. I worked with Scott he was very knowledgeable and very quick to help me through the process. Took the time to explain any paperwork I did not understand, was very flexible and found the best rate and loan for my needs. Impressed with how quick he was to respond to my phone calls or email.   I needed to refinance my home, I had a very bad experience with bank and ended up canceling that deal. I was introduced to Scott Rosati at Fieldstone 1st Mortgage and his knowledge and patience blew me away. He answered all of my questions and helped me every step of the way.   I cannot even fully express how grateful I am that we chose Fieldstone for our mortgage needs. We bought our first home and it probably wouldn't have even happened without Scott and the Fieldstone team! Everyone told us when we started looking for homes that it would be one of the most stressful processes of our lives and that we'd be tearing our hair out by the end. Thanks to Scott's constant, open, and honest communication, that was never the case. Every home we were interested in we had an extremely detailed report on anything and everything we may have had a financial question on. We had incredible guidance for where we could go with our realtor where we could afford more house and pay less taxes. They truly thought of everything. It took the worry and fear out of the financial aspect of a home search. We knew exactly what we were walking into every step of the way. I will never go anywhere else for help in financing a home and you cannot beat the caliber of people at Fieldstone.
