  Team Lisa with Mortgage one was amazing to work with! They are all so helpful even after it’s been 2 years since we used them! Every time I call them they are more than happy to give great advice!   Mortgage 1 worked with my husband and myself during an out of state move from Wyoming to Michigan. Our loan officer was Tonya Neill. She was so incredibly helpful, patient and kind. She walked us through the loan process paperwork while we we're still out of state, and always responded quickly to our questions. She also provided documentation to our realtor quickly (about loan pre approval) . This made us competitive in a frantic housing market., and we got the house we wanted!

  Don is the best! They are courteous professionals, with the experience to handle any kind of mortgage or refi. By the time you sit and sign, they have handled everything. No surprises.   Seamless from the beginning. Everything was streamlined, well organized, and right on time. The Mortgage 1 website is top shelf, super easy to use and very useful. A lot of financial tools also. I highly recommend Mortgage 1.

  Mortgage 1 was a pleasure to deal with on a second property. From the structure of the loan to allow for rebuilding to the financings I was impressed with the process. I do not imagine that any giant wholesale mortgage company would provide the same level of communication, confidence nor knowledge.
