  Phillip has been our mortgage broker for a couple of years now. We almost purchased a home a few years ago and some unforeseen circumstances made us pause but Phillip didn’t miss a beat. The amount of patience he has to answer every single one of my questions and I kid you not I asked a lot of questions. He also helped to advise us on the current market and got us locked into a great rate before they spiked. He really helped us to understand the price range of homes we could look at and not go overboard. He is an amazing mortgage broker at Younited mortgage and he has an amazing team under him who helped make the process so easy and a breeze that I felt I knew I was being taken care of and didn’t need to be on top of him.

  We worked with Phil from Younited and he was absolutely amazing. As first time home buyers we had many questions; he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as he answered our many questions. Phil always kept us in the loop during the process and worked very quickly to help us move along in the home buying process. You will not be disappointed.   Phil was aaaamazing to work with! He is very knowledgeable and made the refinancing process effortless! We just had to submit the paperwork and he did the rest! The time start to finish was extremely fast maybe a week or two and our mortgage was complete!! Phil made it so easy I would highly recommend Younited Mortgage for all your mortgage needs!!!!   Phillip is amazing! He was so helpful with preparing us with the mortgage on the house. Listened to us and answered all of our questions. He is knowledgeable and will take his time explaining the process. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Phil has gone above and beyond since day one! Being a first time homebuyer, I couldn’t have imagined a more smooth transaction.
