  Steve was great at getting the loan closed and on schedule. He provided constant updates as the process moved along and was quick to handle items as they came up. The title company, Primary Title, did a great job as well.... whole process went great.

  Steve was so great to work with! I had no idea where to start with buying a house and originally felt very overwhelmed. Steve broke down the process into simple steps and explained every detail along the way. He was always available and took the time to make sure all of our questions were addressed and answered. He also sent frequent updates to let us know what we were waiting on or what the next steps were. Highly recommend him!

  Steven Kaiser was fantastic to work with. He helped my family and I refinance our house and take some equity out in order to do some home repairs. The process was fast and easy.   Everything was super easy and efficient. All required paperwork can be easily added to platform. Closing was done in the convenience of our home. Steve Kaiser is an amazing loan officer to deal with and this is the second time we needed his assistance. If there's a third, we will call him yet again.
