      Jim Mcewen refused to even call my realtor back after my above asking price offer on a house he was representing. No integrity, no ethics. At least have the Decency to Reject offers by the deadline. It's really not that hard.

      Jason, I apologize our Seller hadn't responded to your generous offer. I know how frustrating that feels in these multi-offer situations and I know it may even feel like an insult to the Buyer. The Deadline on Page 6 of the Real Estate Purchase Contract is an Acceptance Deadline not a Response Deadline. If the Seller is not accepting your offer they are not obligated to sign a Rejection of your offer or any other offer they received that they are not accepting. However, we encourage our agents to do their best in getting their Seller's to sign a Rejection as a Courtesy to the Buyer. However, it ultimately is the Seller's choice to do so or not. I will look into the situation and will pass this on to the agent's Branch Broker and to the agent to see if we can find out the exact details of your situation. After discussions with our agent & Broker, I will get back to you as quickly as possible through your agent. Again, I apologize for the situation, inconvenience and frustrations you have experienced.
