  LOOK NO FURTHER! Ty is the best as you can get! He is the definition of EXPERT in every way. He took care of us since day one and is still by our side even after. Ty has our business for life.   Ty is a GREAT choice for anyone battling the current housing market here in the greater Salt Lake City area. As an Active Duty first-time VA Loan applicant, Ty led us through the entire process and explained things at the normal human being level. Throughout the process, my wife and I didn't feel as if we were being taken advantage of and always had a sense of trust with Ty. Best of all, Ty is FAST at answering questions and covering all the bases. We liked Ty so much, we recently refinanced our home to get in a competitive rate. Ty managed the entire process. If anything, at least meet him and give him a try.

  Ty does an absolutely amazing job at taking care of his clients, he will go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of. After experiencing poor communication from other mortgage officers it was relieving to see the level of dedication Ty has to make sure that you know exactly what is going on with your loan and answers any questions you have. He even gave me great tips for how to get my credit up and it worked like a charm!
