  This was my first home buying/mortgage experience but I can't imagine getting any better service. Ended up getting the best rate of any I saw or read about and excellent terms. We had a tricky situation with a buyer who was out of country and Dale and his team were extremely patient and accommodating.

  This is my second home loan through Dale and his staff. Literally both times have been exceptional. Everyone on his team made it simple for me and most importantly no BS!!! He does what he says he’s going to do and is HAPPY to do it!

  Dales team is the biggest joke i have ever heard of. Dale constantly lies in my situation he told me would call me back and never did and after weeks of trying to get ahold of him we discussed our plan and he told me that he would be calling me back the first or second week of April 2020 and never has I call and his team tells me that they will leave him a message and I never get a call back, then on top of that he let out some personal information about me and my situation to other people without my consent. when first talking with Dale he asked what the most important thing that matters to me. I told him communication and he did not do that at all and when he quoted me what he approved me for the numbers always changed I could never get a this is it always lead me on just to be let down and never spoken back with my last phone call with Dale was the 3 week of March and nothing sense. be careful who you give your information to.

  Dale really does an amazing job at managing very complicated mortgages. I'm self-employed with 4 businesses and the main one is only 4 years old. Most lenders just denied us because it was too much work, despite excellent credit and 20% down. But Dale arose to the challenge and really took care of us as we navigated the horrifically complicated mortgage process for self-employed buyers. I forewarn you that Dale does like to work all the pre-qualification out at the start. The good thing about this is that there are no surprises in the end. But the bad thing is it does require a lot of effort on your part from the beginning. But I promise it is worth it.

  Amazing customer service and quality work! They did everything they could to get us quickly into our new home. I certainly didn’t expect this kind of personal care from our mortgage lender, but they made us feel like we were their top priority all along the way.
