  The Tim Hawkes team were awesome at helping us make sure we had all the necessary documents to buy our first home. But, they didn't forget about us after we closed. A couple years later, Tim alerted us to the fact that we should refinance to take advantage of historically low interest rates. They made the refinance even easier than the original loan. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

  We had an incredible experience working with Jake Peterson at Cornerstone. We were first-time home buyers who knew nothing. Jake was so responsive through calls, emails and I can’t remember how many times I randomly texted him and he always got back to me with a clear and concise answer. The best part of working with Jake? He busted his butt and we closed in 10 days!!! Are you kidding me? It was a great experience and I look forward to working with Jake the next time we buy a house!

  These guys were great to work with. My wife and I bought our first home and used them as our lender. Being first time home buyers, we had tons of questions to ask. We always felt in contact with these guys, and if we ever had any questions I just called or texted the loan officer and he always got back to me within minutes. They helped make the closing process very smooth as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

  We recently completed a new purchase with Cherry Creek Mortgage. They honestly made the process more seamless than I could have imagined. This was the second time I have gone through the home buying process (the first time was in another state) and Cherry Creek made the second time MUCH less stressful.
