  Nathan is one of the hardest working agents I know. My perspective coming from the closing room; it doesn't matter if you are selling or wanting to buy a home for $100,000.00 or for $500,000.00 Nate will work just as hard for you, no matter what. He truly cares about his sellers and buyers. He is always available and responds in a timely matter. I've seen him work relentless hours for his clients, usually working 16 hours a day. I've worked on hundreds of transactions with Nathan & his easy going personality makes the whole process so smooth. He has integrity and will always admit if he has made a mistake; which he doesn't do often. Not only will he admit his mistake, he will go above & beyond to make it right. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I've seen him train and help other agents out simply because he enjoys watching people succeed in life. I would highly recommend Nathan!   We recently sold our house of 23 years. Nate was there to make this overwhelming process as simple as possible. He was there from getting our home ready for the market all the way through to the sale. He even showed up while we were moving out, on his birthday while his family was waiting for him at home, to bring us a dumpster!   Nathan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is always available, and if not, returns calls and texts as soon as he is able. He got us the house we wanted and structured our offer very well to win. He did not lie to us a single time. He even gave us his trailer to help us move. He is by far the best and only realtor we will ever use. I am very grateful for a realtor that actually cares for our needs, and puts his own desires on the back burner. Very hard worker.   Nathan is an outstanding realtor and person. He ensures that you know what is going on every step of the way and is with you with each and every step. If it wasn't for Nate and the fact that he is committed to his clients I would have been out on the streets with my children and dogs. Because of Nate and all of the people/companies he works with I got into an amazing home. Nate got to know me the first evening that I contacted him. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and then went to work finding just the right homes for me to look at. I am so glad that I found Nate. If ever I were to sell this house and buy another I would choose Nate again.

  I am not one to leave reviews on anything. As a matter of fact, this is the first review I have ever left. If anything, I hope that speaks volumes to the credibility of Nate and his work. This was my first home buying experience and I was unaware of the process of all that goes into selling and buying a house. Nate literally walked me through the entire process and made it trivial for me. I had heard so many horror stories about buying and selling houses prior to meeting Nate and to be honest, I was a little apprehensive. Nate completely laid all of my worries to rest. You can see that his work is his passion and his reputation truly proceeds him. Nate constantly went above and beyond to do everything in his power to take care of me. The process of selling and buying a house meant just as much to him as it did to me. He was always available for questions and updated me consistently. I later found out the the sale of my house almost fell through and Nate took it upon himself to take it head on. Nate worked with the buyers and because of him, they agreed to stay on board. There are a lot of things that go on behind the scenes and Nate does everything that he can to take care of you. I can honestly say that it if wasn't for Nate that my house buying and selling experience could have been a complete nightmare. He took all issues head on with a positive attitude and found a solution for each and every one of them. He handled them with tact, professionalism, and his extensive knowledge.   With how stressful buying or selling a home can be, Nate has made it the best possible. He is so knowledgeable and helps in every way possible. We have had real estate agents literally just open the door for us to see and thats it, but not Nate he knows what hes doing and knows how to make your home an investment and will answer all the questions you may have. You will not meet a more stand up and honest guy. He is not your typical 9-5 guy and is always there when you need him!!
