  With Dreams of purchasing a Second home with friends and family I approached Jen at Fairway. This was my going to be my 5th mortgage with Jen. We quickly learned that buying 1 property with 4 partners on the loan is even more of a challenge than 4 loans for 4 properties. Jen and her team at Fairway were Rockstars. They helped each partner gather the necessary paperwork, overcame many underwriting items, and helped our realtors not lose the deal for us. Truthfully did what no one else could.

  Bruce Warburton is the best in the business. When I tried to buy my first home I got told It wasn't possible by four different people then a quick hangup. Bruce did the opposite. He put in countless hours of EXTRA work to make it happen. All along the way he was consistent, quick turnaround, kept me updated, explained, and always picked up or called me right back. He’s done loans for a half dozen of my friends and its the same story every time. Bruce gets it done and you won't meet a nicer guy!!!
