  Brandi was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process. This is our first time buying a home and at the start everything seemed overwhelming and confusing. Brandi helped streamline the entire process by making everything easier for us to understand. She answered every one of the million questions we threw her way. Brandi coached on what we needed to do financially, to make our dream of owning a home a reality. Brandi treated us like family and made us feel like she really cared, which helped make the entire process less stressful.   When we decided to start the process of buying a home we were linked up with Brandi through Lending Tree. She reviewed our credit and finances and unfortunately we were not in the best place, however she gave me some tips to increase my credit and told us exactly what we needed to do. I followed her advice and every month saw my credit score increase, as well we were able to save the money we needed. Within 7 months we were preapproved! Brandi recomend our agent and these ladies would not rest until we were in our home! Everything Brandi said was spot on! From the cost estimates to turnover times she gave us realistic expectations every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Thank you, Brandi!!!

  I don't know where to begin, Brandi has been responsive, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. She made an impression on me day one when I called her for a pre approval to shop around and at no point did she ever make me feel small for not wanting to pull my credit early on. I had been in the market for a while and learned very quickly that pre approvals expire quickly in this sellers market. We made the decision together of when was the good time to run my credit. Those small details are important in a business where everyone is trying to pressure you into a sale for the commission. We went through many offers and negotiations, and she was still meticulous and provided the same enthusiasm for each one. She always answered all my questions with confidence and the few things she didn't know, she had an answer by the end of the day or directed me on where to get the information. Despite her workload or personal life, she always made herself available. Brandi is the person you want around when making big life decisions, like buying your first home (or second, or third). Thank you Brandi for your stellar service, and now friendship, and thank you Homestead for prioritizing customer service.
