  Unbelievably horrible. I'm in an endless login loop and no way to speak to someone to fix it. While my ID was stone and running free. There's not way to login and put a credit freeze. Experian sits back and doesn't nothing. What a waste of a company. Useless and disgusting!

  Baffling how awful this company is. I recommend avoiding them at all costs. Once you work with them for any feature, credit freeze, report, etc. you are locked in—no way out. The customer service is nonexistent. I’ve called 7 different Experian numbers, each with no luck.

  I dont understand why you dont remove wrong info on my credit report when transunion and Equifax. Sent you information on the investigation. And why i cant speak to no one when this is a credit reporting agency. Trying to sell me services when i need to dispute is bs. Transunion and Equifax disputes were all donebon the phone. I dont have to write a essay and false info. Honor the other reporting agencey. I had to give you one star you do not even deserve that i will tell you what you deserve is a class action lawsuit you. And the owner to be criminally charged. This is from a comany that i would expect the attorney general's office to look on shotting down this buesiness.

  An effing HORRIBLE experience with trying to talk to a live representative my husband had to freeze his account to actually get to speak to a representative!!!!!! Are you kidding me! Something needs to be done about this!! I’m contacting the better business bureau!

  Dear Brian Jude Cassin, (Experian CEO), I’m not sure how you ran a business in Ireland, but here in America we focus on customer service, which is the lifeline of any business. In other words, if your consumers are not satisfied, they will go to another credit servicing company such as Equifax, TransUnion or any other credit servicing company that will actually provide a real service. When this happens, and it’s happening as we speak, your paycheck will shrink, and shrink and then shrink some more and then eventually you’ll get fired. How about you get pro-active and start addressing some of these concerns, such as a 2 hour hold time. Are you kidding me? Have you been on hold for 5min? Or maybe upgrade your phone or website technology with the ages so we as consumers can at least cancel without having to deal with these ridicules wait times. I know you probably won’t read this, but I hope someone with some authority does and I hope they do something about it. For now, I’ll be contacting my credit card company (3-5min wait time) to dispute the charges, since you think it’s ok to charge me $19.95 every two weeks.

  Experian is a total joke. After being on hold for an one hour, the representative who got on the phone was Latino, could'nt speak English. She couldn't answer any of my questions and then tried to sell me a monthly subscription. Presently, you can't file a dispute on line.

  Thought I was purchasing a credit report, to find out later they have been billing my credit card for the past 7 months. When I called to cancel and get a refund they literally laughed and told me to go dispute it with my credit card they don't issue refunds. Great customer Service!!!!

  Very unhappy with online ads and advertising for "three credit reports for $1" when in fact this is a membership and after seven days, they hit your credit card for $19.99 per month. I wanted only to pay for credit report for one time use. Deceptive ads and when I called to cancel membership, they said it was my fault and I had accepted the membership terms and hadn't cancelled in seven days. Buyer beware...if you want membership, great. If you don't like me, then read carefully every word and find an ad or listing where you pay for all three one time...hard to find online but available for $39.95.

  WORST! The Attorney General should SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! They don't correct information TIMELY! You can never reach a live person! They don't accept walk-ins. They have the worst customer service ever! What are they in business for except to ruin peoples lives? We don't need them... Consumers should band together and get rid of them!!

  Got through to a person who immediately asked for my SSN. Having had my information stolen before there should be an easier way to verify I'm who I say I am. So far 12 minutes on the phone holding for someone to answer.
