  Just closed out a cash out refinance with Morris and Amber. They are by far the most responsive group I've ever worked with on a refinance. Plus 80% LTV is insanely hard to find and they are offering it!

  I rarely write a review but I had to share my positive experience with Morris and his Team. I purchased my first investment property and they helped and guided me throughout the whole process. It took 3 months to finish the process due to title issues but they were persistent. As a new investor I did research on quite a few lenders and I am glad I made the right choice. I'm so excited to start the rehab now. :)

  I can't say enough great things-which is rare when reviewing a lender! Every step of the process was above and beyond. Mark helped me think through the deal and multiple options they provided. He made filling out the paperwork easy, and he moved mountains to make sure closing still happened after a hiccup on the behalf of title. They have a broad range of products available that after a lot of research I can say are the best for investors that I found out there! After doing 3 deals with them and planning on doing many more, I consider them an important part of my investment team.
