  This branch has great customer service unlike the one on Mason rd.Everyone was very helpful.Xaviar was assisting me and my mum with account opening process and was very diligent.He is great,Wells Fargo should appreciate such a great employee!Thank you!

  Absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes before i got tired and walked out. The teller told me to go sit down and wait. After that there was no indication on how long or when will i be seen. Either this branch needs to hire more people or just shut it down.

  Walked in today to open an account. It was our first time trying Wells Fargo. They told us they were all booked up for appointments as they headed out the door an hour early. It was a clear sign we were no longer interested.

  Just left this Wells Fargo for the second time today great customer service much better than the one in Hedwig Village this place got a bunch of bad ratings to but I noticed that they were dated pretty far back. Got both of my checks cashed with the same identification is the last bank with absolutely no problems no questions no qualms and this teller was definitely not rude like the last one

  Worst Customer service I asked a lady about a problem of my bank account and she said “I don’t know” after I went back home I called WellsFargo Customer Service Phone Call they helped me than in bank person don’t go to the bank they are very unprofessional

  I HATE that this is my nearest wells. I would sit in the crappy voss traffic to go to the one next to pei wei. Luckily I closed my accounts with wells and don’t have to deal with them. BUT The girl banker at this location that starts w a C, Cira something like that. she was there when I last went in the spring of 2017. She’s the rudest, unprofessional (dress wise and customer service wise) with a false sense of entitlement. Speaking to me like I was nothing and she was superior. She should be reminded. She has a job because of customers AKA. ME.

  Very friendly drive thru staff. Fast and convenient. They are open on Saturdays too, until 1 pm. The ATM is always open and its in a good neighborhood.

  Worst customer service ever. Cashier Neida was so rude- didn’t explain any transaction fee at all.
