  If you do not have an account officer, I suggest contacting Sara Estrada. She moves from another branch, and I follow her. I feel like a VIP client when working with her. Everyone else I had an interaction on this location was very cordial. Thanks.

  Clerks can’t do wires . They used account number instead of iban resulted in 11 days for money to be returned to me. When I confronted them next day they weren’t nice bout it. Immediate voice change and too much defending themselves. If not for Luis who is amazing baker I would give this branch 1 star!!

  Terrible branch. I saw BERNICE CASTANEDA about refunding a couple fees I had on my account totaling $15.00 and she said the "system" would not allow her to process the refund. I asked her to have her manager override it so she goes over to her manager and comes back saying it wouldn't let her process either. Manager didn't even come back with her to provide an explanation. Needless to say, I''ll be looking into closing my account and credit cards and moving my money elsewhere. I've been with Chase since 2006 and the customer service I rec'd today was awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone putting their money here or any other services for that matter. Rude employees that act like they're doing you a favor but actually do nothing for you.

  Came to open 4 accounts with my wife. We had an appointment and came early. We were greeted by a polite guy, we were told to wait in the waiting area by a teller and the other tellers and lady in the back office were rudely looking at us. We were never assisted so we left.

  After accidentally leaving my debit card in the ATM, late after business hours, I immediately panicked and called the 800 number to cancel my card. The next day went to the branch to find out how I could get a temporary card while I waited for the arrival of my new card. The Banker, and Teller, was so helpful and let me know that someone had actually found my card and slipped it through the cracks of the bank doors! Thank you to whomever it was that found my card and was kind enough to put it in a safe place, and thank you to the Banker and Teller for being so patient and kind to me throughout the entire process.

  Talk about A+ staff! Went in for a quick deposit, a piece of metal from the parking block got wedged under our bumper and we started dragging it as we pulled out. The branch manager, Ormonde Gordon, got down and unwedged it so we could drive out without any damage and without an extra cement slab attached!

  Have always experienced excellent client service here (shame on Westheimer and Memorial)!! Wish I had the names of all who have been exceptional, but special kudos to VP:Ormonde Gordon, Lead Associate Operations:Tra'vion Morant and Associate Banker:Daniel L. McGuire!!

  I just went to this branch to prepare for a trip to Israel. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the service. The teller (whose name I forgot) and a banker named Carl were both extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this branch!

  This is the best Chase Bank in Houston, probably in country!!! Always taking care of my needs promptly; everyone at this location is extremely courteous!!! Acknowledging me by name and with a smile everyday!!! Thanks for your great customer service!!!! I always look forward to visiting the Chase Bank located on Voss Road!!!
