Frank Ortiz1Its incredible that I explain the Manager MOUTAZ M. That I needed a wire to closed on a purchase of my new home and Mr. MOUTAZ M. Told us we have to make an appointment. What is happening to Bank of America. We do understand the covid is changing our world, but what happen to customer service, knowing I had a closing today, Mr. MOUTAZ M. Just did not care we had a closing today. Supposedly we are VIP or Platinum and all for what... Thank to this type of management people is that we decided to close our account and find another bank that cares about customers, specially knowing the situation I was in.

Emme En1Disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe the service here. The bank has closed with no prior notice or explanation to their clients! They have only listed an email address in the door for urgent appointments to access your safebox. If you email, you’ll receive an automated response that promises a 48 hr reply from an associate. The 48 hours turned into a week and after finally speaking with a live person, I secured an appointment for today at 10:00 am, to which I showed up only to see a closed bank! Is this a joke?

Wendy B4the people are very nice but they only have two tellers working there: one at the drive through and one working the lobby. I gave four stars because they put forth a good effort to try and move things along. I've heard they never have more than two people working. If that's the case, why do they have so many teller windows?? They really need more people working the lobby

Steven Hernandez2I wouldn't recommend going if you're looking to get in & out and on with your day. This is the closest BOA to my job that we have a corp acct with and change orders can be a nightmare. The drive thru wait is ridiculous to where I often give up and go inside and wait in that line as well. I expressed my frustration to the branch manager who was considerate with my concerns so I added a star for that. The tellers work at a decent efficiency, it's just have one work the drive thru and one working a line 5 people long is absurd and infuriating.

Lost my wallet while visiting from out of town and was getting nowhere with the phone representatives who apparently don't think it is a big deal for a business to go a few days without a debit or credit card. Special thanks to Valeria for going up to bat for me and my company. Sincerely appreciated it.
