  Customer service at this location is garbage. I'll drive a few miles further for better service. Bank tellers are not well trained. I just don't understand this location at all and why its so bad compared to other Capital One bank locations.

  I had an unfortunate encounter with SHAKARI 3/19/2022 at 9:41 am at the drive thru. I have never experienced such despicable service from this branch. I was not greeted, nor did she ask how I would like my cash disbursed. Once I confronted her about not greeting me nor asking how I would like my cash, first she LIED and stated that she did greet me and then had the audacity to throw her hands in the air as if I was bothering her. SHAKARI whatever issues you are facing should not be obvious to your customers your behavior is unacceptable. It is imperative that you receive customer service training and if you have a dislike for your job, I suggest you find another one! Capital One please see to it that SHAKARI receives training to avoid this from happening in the future.

  I have been a customer of COB for over a decade. The Capital One Bank location/branch that I frequent the most is on Voss Road in Houston. I want to commend and laud COB for opting to engage the stellar services of Mr. Yasir Malik, Mr. Jorge Gonzalez, Ms. Denise Suarez and Mr. Luis Ramos. These four ascending stars in the field of financial services are the consummate professionals and are an invaluable asset to COB.   Me & my wife just moved down and needed a new bank. Coming in the staff was very attentive and Troy took really good care of us with helping to setup our accounts. Looking forward to banking with them.
