  Amanda was our Evergreen Home Loan Officer. She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond anytime we had any questions for her. She consistently made herself available and did not make us feel like a bother with our many questions. Amanda made sure to keep us on track and reminded us when needed if we needed to sign something else or turn in more paperwork. She is fabulous at explaining the overwhelming process of home buying, interest rates, underwriting, etc. Her genuine, warm personality put us at ease through the whole process. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking to secure a home loan! She's the best!!

  We found out about Dallon Brown thru one of friends who had nothing but a great experience with him. He is genuine and upfront and set expectations early on in the process of getting us funded. Along the way, he was very accessible, taking our calls whenever he can even though sometimes we felt like we calling beyond work hours (Thanks Dallon, appreciate you taking our calls and answer what I feel are sometime "noob-ish" questions about the process and progress of our loan.) Would definitely recommend him based on his integrity and willingness to help in any way within his capacity to do so.
