Mark Gardner5I have been with WSECU for many years, my last three auto loans were with them and I couldn't be happier! They worked with me and helped me get the best rates possible all while keeping my other accounts in mind and even saved me some money on those at the same time! Selling a vehicle that I still owed money on was a smooth and painless transaction. Great job! Yesterday they called me to confirm some charges that didn't seem quite right... Found out my card had been jacked and quickly cancelled it!! Saved me about $500!

B P5One of the better credit unions around, actually, from my experience, it is the best one around! Super helpful staff and quick service. The downtown branch has a nice feature: put your change in a machine, it gets counted and added to your account. Their website is also great and easy to use. So many great features, the best I have seen.

Jason Gallo1Went to the branch to setup new checking and saving accounts but received no service. A teller took our name and said someone would help us shortly but after 45 minutes of no attention we left the branch. Based on the good reviews we had high hopes for banking with WSECU.

Stephen Sureau1Was treated like a criminal for trying to withdraw money from partner credit union account and then made to wait to confirm my account with my credit union after verifying my information multiple times. After agreeing to wait the person helping me started a conversation with someone else and left me standing waiting while I was obviously in a hurry.

There are certain account types that, when accessed via shared branching, don’t show us the names of all owners on the account. This is most likely why we needed to reach out to your home credit union to verify that you were indeed on the account you were needing to access, but given that you were in a hurry we can understand why this was an inconvenience for you. As to your experience with our staff, we reached out to understand what happened and learned that while waiting in line with you for the next available Member Consultant, another member asked the person helping you a question and he responded to them. The conversation ended before a Member Consultant was available to help you (so it should not have made your wait any longer), however you had already left the branch. We’re truly sorry that it felt as though we were abandoning you to help a different member; our intention was simply to answer their brief question while waiting for your turn in line. We really wanted to help you get access to your account and complete your transaction, and we wish things would have worked out differently.
