  I am very pleased with this bank. I started with the old Anchor Bank and am happy to see many of the same bank employees at 1SB. Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional.

  I received very courteous and detailed technical help when I had to set up a bank deposit method called "The Square" on my phone, from a young man at this branch. Other employees have likewise been friendly when I make deposits.

  I have had several horrible interactions with west olympia branch manager Kim Parks. She is not in the business to help but rather speak to her customer as she is better then them and is extremely condescending. She is not willing to acknowledge when her banking system is in the wrong and make up for it. I would pick a different branch!

  Terrible bank all around since Anchor bank sold out. I'll be moving our accounts over to a credit union.
