Anky Bonnette1Fought for months about an issue with my credit report. Everyone I spoke to treated me like I was a bother to them. After several attempts, I decided to give up and try another route. They offered no assistance. And before I get the usual response " please contact our main office", I tried that also. Not only will I take every opporitunity to give a negative review, I will share this info with everyone that will listen.

Lala Monae1I hardly ever write reviews but after how i was treated over the phone, I MUST. I had one of the worst encounters with a customer service rep ever. Her name is Portia or la portia. She speaks so fast you can barely understand. I called with an issue about my account and she began to take a rude and nasty tone with me. I asked to speak with her supervisor, thinking the tone of the call would improve, but it did not! A supervisor by the name Angela, got on the phone and after a couple of questions did the same yelling and had the same nasty tone. I guess her friend prepped her or maybe they just don't care much about customer service. I am closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. No one should ever be disrespected for asking questions about THEIR MONEY.

Kaysha Rivers1So lately I haven't been feeling like a valued customer. I have been with this bank when they were named dow federal credit union since I was 18 years of age which is six years now. Today I called because I did not recognize a transaction on my account and the lady told me that it would be a two dollar fee to release that information. About a week ago, I called to transfer funds and they told me it would be a two dollar fee. I don't mind the transfer fee being two dollars but when did the bank ever charge you for releasing information? Isn't that the reason why they're there?? To make a long story short I just don't feel like they should be charging customers for every little thing. It's crazy how much this bank has changed over the years!

Josh1Buyers of GAP insurance from Essential be-aware! Essential doesn't tell you this but you only have 60 days to cancel your GAP insurance and receive any type of refund. (It's in the very fine print)

Kaley Ward1Worst bank I’ve been with. Direct deposits are always late. Customer service is terrible. Everyone has a nasty attitude. They let fraudulent charges go through all the time. This bank is a nightmare.

Mariama Brister1Call services severely declined. No one answers the phone. It's so inconvenient to go all the way to seigen just to handle something that could have been taken care of in mere minutes over the phone. Horrible.
