  Very similar experience. Travis was my loan agent. Couldn't have been a worse one. Very distasteful, condescending demeanor towards their customers. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Everyone I've ever spoke to there was the exact same way. You should definitely file a complaint with the state. Good luck.

  The team here were great. I was impress how quickly they got me to closing. I wanted to refinance my home to a 15 year term to lower my interest rate and it felt like I blinked and we were at the closing. I did this a few years ago and it took like 45 days from the last lender I used. They explained it could take up to 3 weeks, which I was hesitant to believe and all of a sudden, I get the call and two weeks later, start to finish, I was ready to sign my paperwork. Outstanding. Will not use another lender in the future!

  It was great dealing with Reliant Mortgage. Ki was great, he made the loan process a tolerable experience. He always had a solution when I was flustered and a quick response time. Would highly recommend

  Buying my first home was scary and exciting at the same time. Ciara, Travis, and David were nothing short of incredible through this entire process. Their patience with me as the process got overwhelming was beyond appreciated. They were constantly keeping me informed and walked me through everything, step by step. I could not have done this without them! Thanks to them, I am now a homeowner to the cutest little nest!!

  My husband and I decided to buy a home recently and wanted to use our national bank to do the financing since we had our accounts there. We figured it should be a pretty easy process and boy we were wrong. After 8 weeks of constant hassle, we found out the loan was declined! I couldn't believe it being we both had above 700 credit. I didn't know what to do and then I was referred to Josh with Reliant Mortgage by a realtor friend explaining that they were not just any other lender. I was hesitant but I didn't know what else to do but give him a try and then three weeks later, we are now home owners!!! I can't thank Josh and the team at Reliant Mortgage enough. Save yourself the headache and call them first. You won't regret it.

  Will Tullos is the best lender that I could have asked for. He worked beyond working hours to get my loan approved and I had a few bumps going against me but he NEVER gave up on me. Thank you to the whole Reliant Mortgage team‼️‼️‼️

  Josh went above and beyond on helping me get into a home. I was so nervous that I would not be able to as the last lender I used got to the last second and told me he could not help me. Luckily, my realtor introduced me to Josh and although it seemed to take a while to get everything done due to my own little credit issues, he stuck through it and made it happen. Thank You so much Josh! I appreciate your help so much. Our family has a home now thanks to you.
