Capital One Bank Reviews

Dominick Maone2Pretty weird experience. No deposit slips or withdrawal slips. An employee was standing by the line asking everyone what they needed. Told him what I needed, then asked me if I tried the app or an atm, even though what I was doing couldn’t be done on the app or at an atm. Woman at the window next to me wanted to open an account, they told her (politely) to get on her phone and do it. Probably the first time going to a bank in 2 or 3 years so maybe they are all like this.

Cosett Lee1Went to this place thru drive through with my disabled daughter in the car. I needed cash off my credit card and explained to the teller that my child has brain damage and cannot walk! She responded well you don’t have a stroller to put her and and what’s wrong with her? This was by far very discriminating to me and my daughter. Very bad customer service!!!!!

Angelita Campos1Stopped by 3:35 pm on Monday and the lobby wasn’t open. A sign or adjusting the hours would be nice!

Tiffany Wilson1Baby if you hate your job just say that! I went through drive thru because I lost my debit card. Needed to make a withdrawal. I saw no sense in calling because I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE. I sent the tube up and waited for a friendly voice. After maybe 4min (and I’m not over exaggerating) I clicked the call button and she answers me! Ahe literally let me sit there! Looking at her! Looking at me! For 4min! I said oh wow you guys don’t help unless we click the call button? She responds yes ma’am how can I help you? Totally dismissing that I had a issue with her customer service. Like am I wrong for feeling like a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP would’ve been like “Oh! She sent the tube and now she’s just sitting there..let me see what she needs?” The other banks don’t act like that. Just saying.

natachia bloxson1The service is horrible!!! The customer in front of us was told to make an appointment. The young lady tone was clearly "get out of my face". The older man needed help getting on the site, so much so, that another customer offered to help him. Next, my husband and I only wanted to add something to the account and she was just as "get out of my face" with us. Let it be clear, that there was only one customer in there at that time. Capital one must really be bringing in the business if they can afford to make customers feel like their business is not needed.
Response from the ownerHey Natachia - Appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Your visit sounds less-than-ideal and it certainly isn't want we strive for. Rest assured, we've doc'd this review as feedback for the right eyes so your voice is heard. ^AJS

G Riviella1Had a wierd experience with my teller today. It's like she didn't want to help me. I've had this experience a couple of times at this particular branch. I like banking with capital one and don't have a poor experience at the other branches in the area just at this one. It makes me feel scared to go in there cause you never know how you're going to be treated. 🤷
Response from the ownerThis definitely isn't the kind of sentiment we're going for, and we appreciate you letting us know your experience. Rest assured—we'll be sure to get your feedback doc'd for review. ^VS

Tiffanny: Mitchell1This is the worst Captiol One in Baton Rouge. The tellers are rude and very nonchalant when asking questions as if me asking about my services is a problem. There is one in particular that I avoid at all times. If she's the available teller I will let someone else go and wait on the next teller or just go to the drive thru.

TheJoe Fav2Just left the bank and they weren't too friendly for sure. I see why they have an overall 1.5 stars.
